A focused and highly interactive workshop: Our March 2026 single-cell RNA-seq course in Berlin

At the end of March, we ran our in-person “Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis: A Practical Introduction” workshop in Berlin, and it turned out to be a very rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Over three intensive days, we welcomed a group of nine participants from Germany. While smaller in size, this created a particularly focused and interactive learning environment, allowing for in-depth discussions and close exchange between participants and trainers.

From the very beginning, the atmosphere was excellent. The group was open, friendly, and highly engaged throughout the entire course. Participants asked thoughtful and relevant questions, leading to lively discussions and practical deep dives into single-cell RNA-seq data analysis. These interactions are always one of the highlights for us, as they reflect real challenges researchers encounter in their own projects.

The three days were intensive and demanding, as single-cell data analysis involves many conceptual and technical steps. However, the group followed the material very well, and we hope that everyone left the workshop with a clearer understanding and increased confidence in handling their own data.

We very much enjoyed spending these days together with such a motivated and pleasant group. The open and collaborative atmosphere made the workshop not only productive but also genuinely enjoyable.

We regularly offer introductory and advanced NGS data analysis courses, both online and in person, and we are always happy to welcome new participants.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us in Berlin — it was a pleasure working and learning together.
